Chanel Human Resources Assistant

As part of its expansion, Chanel is establishing a new industrial site in Venette, dedicated to the production and packaging of perfumes, employing approximately 200 staff members. - Coordinate the administrative management of personnel in compliance with labor laws, including hiring, integration, contract monitoring, absences, and departures, in collaboration with the HR Hub.
- Prepare various administrative and disciplinary documents to support the HR Director and HR Manager.
- Manage HR indicators, consolidate mandatory annual reports such as social balance sheets and gender equality reports, and ensure the collection, verification, and transmission of payroll variables.
- Monitor and control time management and absences, ensuring data accuracy in the time management software and producing necessary reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for temporary employment agencies, managing the administrative follow-up of temporary workers, including requests, contracts, and invoices.
- Support the HR Manager in job posting, interview organization, and candidate pre-selection.
- Contribute to the preparation and management of the site's social calendar and prepare materials for various committees.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an industrial production setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing change and new situations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and the ability to challenge the status quo when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, ideally within an industrial production environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
