1. Conduct inventory and documentation of chemical products used.
2. Collect and update safety data sheets (SDS).
3. Analyze and evaluate chemical risks using SEIRICH software.
4. Raise awareness of chemical risks among employees.
5. Organize mandatory training sessions for staff.
6. Implement regulatory monitoring and propose corrective actions.
7. Initiate the drafting of an HSE policy for the division.
8. Create and deliver awareness materials and operational procedures.
9. Monitor HSE indicators and synthesize KPIs.
10. Evaluate professional and chemical risks.
11. Distribute and regularly update personal protective equipment.
12. Update the Single Document for Risk Assessment.
13. Prepare and follow up on post-audit action plans.
14. Draft deliverables for CSSCT.
15. Establish a laser risk safety policy.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering (Master's in HSE, Industrial Safety Engineering, Chemical Risk Specialization).
2. Training in HSE, chemical product safety, REACH, and regulatory compliance.

1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in SEIRICH and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with regulatory monitoring tools is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in HSE or chemical risk management are beneficial.

Master's degree in HSE or related engineering field.
