- Assist in deploying the training plan by preparing participant lists, tracking attendance, and generating reports.
- Support administrative tasks such as booking venues, coordinating with external trainers, and ensuring flawless execution of training sessions.
- Collaborate with boutique administration teams across the UAE to align and communicate training schedules.
- Manage the Internship Program life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to organizing engagement activities and maintaining a strong intern community.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and enriching environment for interns, ensuring they feel supported.
- Work with the HRBP to strengthen relationships with universities and position Chanel as a top employer for students.
- Assist in organizing campus events, career fairs, and other initiatives with academic institutions.
- Communicate confidently with internal teams across retail and head office to provide support and handle inquiries.
- Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee and intern experience, sharing fresh perspectives and ideas.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest and previous experience in training coordination, recruitment, and people development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating and collaborating with different teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute creativity and energy.
Previous experience in training coordination, recruitment, and people development is preferred.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
