1. Assist the HR Operations and Transformation Team in Italy with daily HR activities.
2. Participate actively in the implementation of the Chanel Operations ITA Onboarding Experience project.
3. Engage in the recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
4. Support the onboarding process to ensure a memorable experience for new hires.
5. Contribute to the development and organization of training sessions and team-building activities.
6. Draft internal communications and support HR development and Diversity & Inclusion projects.
7. Assist in the integration of disabled workers into the company.
8. Map service providers related to employee well-being.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanities.
2. Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Knowledge of French is advantageous.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate creativity.

Ideal candidates will have completed a curricular internship in HR.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanities.
