Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for retail vacancies.
- Interview candidates and coordinate selection with area managers and supervisors.
- Manage makeup and treatment tests.
- Request and verify necessary documentation for hiring.
- Update daily access letters and required documentation for store access.
- Manage access appointments for store changes, badge renewals, or new hires.
- Register staff in specific portals such as Sephora monthly.
- Coordinate the delivery of documentation for payroll integration.
- Ensure timely integration of complete files for payroll department.
- Monitor employee entries, exits, disabilities, store changes, and category updates in Workday.
- Ensure constant updates of the workforce in the Workday platform.
- Manage annual administrative closure, including renewal of access letters for employees.
- Coordinate the production and dispatch of sales materials to points of sale.
- Manage requests, quotations, and dispatch of stationery and seasonal gifts, recording requisitions in the AX system.
- Actively collaborate in general HR activities, providing support in projects, processes, and administrative tasks.
- Familiarize with co-workers' responsibilities to ensure comprehensive understanding and foster collaboration.
- Assume backup tasks as needed, such as file management, responding to staff requests, or participating in strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, focused on personnel administration.
- Experience in recruitment and selection for retail positions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR platforms (Workday, OCC, LinkedIn).
- Administrative knowledge, including quotations, supplier management, and requisition preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate, develop, and guide staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Results-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience Requirements
