Chanel Human Resources Coordinator

- Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate selection with area managers and supervisors.
- Manage makeup and treatment tests, and verify necessary hiring documentation.
- Update daily entry letters and required documentation for store access.
- Coordinate store access appointments for transfers, badge renewals, or new hires.
- Register staff on specific portals, such as Sephora, on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate the delivery of documentation using a checklist for payroll integration.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of personnel files to the payroll department.
- Monitor employee status changes, absences, and store transfers in Workday.
- Manage annual administrative closure, including renewal of access letters for store employees.
- Coordinate the production and dispatch of sales materials to points of sale.
- Manage requests, quotations, and dispatch of stationery and seasonal gifts, recording requisitions in the AX system.
- Actively support general HR activities, providing assistance in projects and administrative processes.
- Familiarize with co-workers' roles to enhance team collaboration and understanding.
- Provide backup support for file management, employee requests, or strategic initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, focusing on personnel administration.
- Experience in recruitment and selection for retail environments.
- Proficiency in HR platforms (Workday, OCC, LinkedIn).
- Strong administrative skills, including quotations and supplier management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Results-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
A minimum of 2 years in Human Resources with a focus on personnel administration and recruitment for retail environments.
