1. Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for retail vacancies.
2. Interview candidates and coordinate selection with area managers and supervisors.
3. Manage makeup and treatment tests.
4. Request and verify necessary documentation for hiring.
5. Update daily access letters and required documentation for store access.
6. Manage access appointments for store changes, badge renewals, or new hires.
7. Register staff in specific portals such as Sephora monthly.
8. Coordinate the delivery of documentation for payroll integration.
9. Ensure timely integration of complete files for payroll department.
10. Monitor employee entries, exits, disabilities, store changes, and category updates in Workday.
11. Ensure constant updates of the workforce in the Workday platform.
12. Manage annual administrative closure, including renewal of access letters for employees.
13. Coordinate the production and dispatch of sales materials to points of sale.
14. Manage requests, quotations, and dispatch of stationery and seasonal gifts, recording requisitions in the AX system.
15. Actively collaborate in general HR activities, providing support in projects, processes, and administrative tasks.
16. Familiarize with co-workers' responsibilities to ensure comprehensive understanding and foster collaboration.
17. Assume backup tasks as needed, such as file management, responding to staff requests, or participating in strategic initiatives.

1. Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, focused on personnel administration.
2. Experience in recruitment and selection for retail positions.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.

1. Proficiency in HR platforms (Workday, OCC, LinkedIn).
2. Administrative knowledge, including quotations, supplier management, and requisition preparation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
4. Leadership and team management skills to motivate, develop, and guide staff.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
6. Results-oriented.
7. Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
8. Organizational and follow-up skills.
