1. Support operational activities across Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Corporate Functions.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, fostering strong relationships and organizational efficiency.
3. Ensure optimal talent placement and focus on individual team development.
4. Manage HR processes for short-term contracts, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
5. Coordinate with HR Administration for offer and contract preparation, HR induction, and probation follow-up.
6. Develop and manage the deployment of the Training Plan for office and retail populations.
7. Organize and oversee learning sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
8. Maintain partnerships with schools and universities, organizing campus days and career fairs.
9. Participate in the development and implementation of major HR development programs.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Management role within a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
3. Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across diverse levels and styles.
4. Facilitation skills and the ability to lead and influence across various topics.
5. Collaborative and innovative mindset with resilience and adaptability.

At least 5 years in an HR Generalist or Talent Management role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the luxury industry.
