1. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to managers.
2. Support operational activities for Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Corporate Functions.
3. Contribute to Talent Development management and HR Global processes.
4. Attract, recruit, and retain key talents.
5. Create and maintain talent pools.
6. Advise on recruitment and decision-making processes.
7. Ensure strong onboarding and follow-up with employees.
8. Coordinate with HR Administration for offer and contract preparation.
9. Elaborate and manage the deployment of the Training Plan.
10. Organize and follow-up on learning sessions.
11. Maintain partnerships with schools and universities.

1. At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist and/or Talent management role.
2. Experience in recruiting and developing talents in the luxury industry.
