Chanel HR Business Partner

- Support operational activities across Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Corporate Functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, fostering strong relationships and organizational efficiency.
- Ensure optimal talent placement and focus on individual team development.
- Manage HR processes for short-term contracts, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Coordinate with HR Administration for offer and contract preparation, HR induction, and probation follow-up.
- Develop and manage the deployment of the Training Plan for office and retail populations.
- Organize and oversee learning sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Maintain partnerships with schools and universities, organizing campus days and career fairs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of major HR development programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across diverse levels and styles.
- Facilitation skills and the ability to lead and influence across various topics.
- Collaborative and innovative mindset with resilience and adaptability.
At least 5 years in an HR Generalist or Talent Management role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the luxury industry.
