1. Oversee the development of high jewelry pieces from creative brief to final product delivery.
2. Act as the primary liaison between internal and external project stakeholders, including partner workshops, the creative studio, and marketing teams.
3. Ensure the smooth progression of each development phase, including project data updates and milestone tracking.
4. Draft and uphold the project specifications, ensuring aesthetic, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
5. Coordinate and lead the project team, defining and managing the product development timeline.
6. Identify and communicate aesthetic, quality, cost, and timeline alerts.
7. Propose and implement technical and scheduling optimizations to meet project objectives.
8. Maintain and update technical product information and development tracking in the PLM system.
9. Communicate product development information with partners and ensure quality relationships.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for development processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in jewelry development project management.

4. Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
5. Proficiency in multi-project management.
6. Analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Technical curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Experience with PLM tools is a plus.
10. Fluency in English or Italian.

A minimum of 5 years in jewelry development project management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
