Chanel High Jewelry Development Project Manager

- Oversee the development of high jewelry pieces from creative brief to final product delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external project stakeholders, including partner workshops, the creative studio, and marketing teams.
- Ensure the smooth progression of each development phase, including project data updates and milestone tracking.
- Draft and uphold the project specifications, ensuring aesthetic, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
- Coordinate and lead the project team, defining and managing the product development timeline.
- Identify and communicate aesthetic, quality, cost, and timeline alerts.
- Propose and implement technical and scheduling optimizations to meet project objectives.
- Maintain and update technical product information and development tracking in the PLM system.
- Communicate product development information with partners and ensure quality relationships.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in jewelry development project management.
- Mastery of jewelry-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and listening ability.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in multi-project management.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Technical curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with PLM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English or Italian.
A minimum of 5 years in jewelry development project management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
