- Drive boutique sales and client development activities, focusing on High Jewelry, High-end Watches, and Bespoke Services.
- Monitor and contribute to achieving high-end sales targets, suggesting follow-up action plans.
- Collaborate with the High-End Manager to tailor client approaches before, during, and after sales.
- Prepare client profiling and product matching with staff members.
- Support staff members or lead in client interactions as needed.
- Structure installment plans with boutique staff to complete sales.
- Collect and share competitor insights and market intelligence.
- Assist in developing gemology knowledge and savoir-faire within the boutique.
- Communicate the 'Chanel Difference' to clients, enhancing their desire to purchase.
- Identify opportunities for new ultra-high-net-worth client acquisitions.
- Monitor and enforce client engagement and relationship-building behaviors.
- Work closely with the Fashion team to grow the VIP client database.
- Provide feedback on merchandise handling and propose the right category mix for the boutique.
- Supervise the delivery of ultimate luxury client experiences.
- Conduct coaching on presentation and quality control of merchandise.
- Support high jewelry events and act as a Chanel ambassador.
- Establish strong partnerships with other boutiques and divisions.
- Secondary School Graduate; University degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 6 years in high-end jewelry sales.
- Fluency in Korean; English proficiency preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership skills, including coaching and motivating.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of high-end jewelry and business acumen.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in high-end jewelry sales, including transactions exceeding $300k.
Secondary School Graduate; University degree preferred.
