Chanel High-End Client Relationship Project Coordinator

1. Identify and implement improvements in existing client services in collaboration with regional teams, markets, and sales associates.
2. Develop new client profiles and ensure comprehensive onboarding and training sessions for sales associates.
3. Analyze key performance indicators related to application usage.
4. Identify and develop new service needs in collaboration with Marketing, Image, and IT teams.
5. Launch pilot services in selected markets and oversee deployment, including training and communication support.
6. Monitor the use of high-end presentation tools and gather market feedback for improvement.
7. Coordinate digital presentations, including sourcing and managing suppliers, organizing schedules, and overseeing asset production.
8. Enhance digital presentation projects and support the adoption of new remote presentation tools by sales associates.
9. Ensure the quality and completeness of client data in the CRM platform (Salesforce) and contribute to its evolution.
10. Manage project budgets effectively.

1. Proven 2 years of experience in project coordination.
2. Fluency in English.
