- Coordinate product transfers between retail boutiques for client appointments and manage international transfers.
- Analyze product requests to identify opportunities and propose strategic alternatives to optimize sales performance.
- Act as a liaison between US and Global High-End Business Development teams to manage client requests and international transfers.
- Collaborate with PR for High-End product loans for press features and editorial shoots.
- Manage High-End model stock, ensuring proper visual merchandising and boutique assortments.
- Work with the Customs Compliance team to ensure accuracy on all High-End proformas for international shipping.
- Partner with Operations, Aftersales, and WFJ Service Center to maintain inventory and meet client appointment deadlines.
- Provide boutique teams with selling tools, client portfolios, and product knowledge for new collections.
- Assist in organizing and planning local and international High-End events, including product movements and logistics.
- Support sales associates during High-End selling ceremonies and entertain VIC clients at local events.
- Manage the Ultimate Platform database, recording client data and building reports on client behavior.
- Run inventory and sales reports, assisting in stock analysis and requesting replenishments from global counterparts.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years minimum of luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry experience.
- Ability for domestic travel, approximately 10%.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Table functions and Vlookup.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and numbers.
- Understanding of VIC client socio-cultural nuances across US markets.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2-4 years of experience in luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry is required.
Bachelor's degree required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400- $83,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
