Chanel High-End Assortment Coordinator

- Define, monitor, and analyze selections for Haute Horlogerie commercial events.
- Prioritize market allocations while adhering to logistical timelines in collaboration with Transport and Customs teams.
- Coordinate stock availability requests for Haute Horlogerie, acting as the primary contact for regional markets.
- Ensure equitable allocation of Haute Horlogerie pieces from central stock, conducting stock level analyses to meet regional objectives.
- Coordinate upstream and downstream stock planning, managing deliveries and delays in collaboration with supply chain teams.
- Support the achievement of annual sales targets for Haute Horlogerie through new collection launches and event management.
- Contribute to the development of qualitative feedback culture and best-practice sharing.
- Serve as a key user and trainer for the RUNNER APP, analyzing data and conducting presentations.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international setting, preferably in a market role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
- Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
- Interest in horological products and ability to communicate across teams.
Minimum of 3 years in an international environment, ideally within a market role.
Advanced degree in business or engineering (Bac+5).
