- Assist in planning and logistics for high-end client activations, including international and boutique events, private viewings, and more.
- Coordinate core business client activations, managing locations, invitations, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure the integrity of client data within the CRM platform through regular updates and segmentation.
- Support the CRM Manager in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare performance summaries, dashboards, and client insights to inform local strategies.
- Promote a clientelling culture within retail by organizing engagement modules and supporting materials.
- Coordinate all aspects of client engagement, including personalized itineraries and follow-up communication.
- Assist in executing client engagement strategies and maintaining accurate client profiles.
- Research competitor events and gifting campaigns to inform strategic planning.
- Support the rollout and tracking of client-centric programs from prospects to aftersales.
- Experience in a client-focused, luxury retail, hospitality, or CRM support role.
- Interest in the luxury industry and client service excellence.
- High level of discretion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Experience in a client-focused, luxury retail, hospitality, or CRM support role is required. Internships and entry-level positions are welcome.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
