1. Lead and manage the global treasury operations team, ensuring alignment with regional teams.
2. Oversee global cash pooling and intercompany current accounts.
3. Conduct daily cash reconciliation and positioning for all global accounts.
4. Determine and manage short-term investments in accordance with cash forecasting.
5. Manage treasury payments and intercompany settlements.
6. Cultivate relationships with banking partners and financial service providers.
7. Monitor and manage group banking fees.
8. Handle global bank account processes, including opening, closing, and KYC compliance.
9. Execute day-to-day FX operations in line with established strategies and policies.
10. Collaborate on trade finance and guarantee executions with regional teams.
11. Monitor group card collection and corporate card programs.
12. Ensure proper segregation of duties and control frameworks in collaboration with the Head of Middle Office.
13. Support treasury transformation projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
14. Facilitate cross-training of staff to ensure operational continuity.
15. Streamline and optimize daily treasury activities and processes.

1. Strong expertise in cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, and FX operations.
2. Substantial experience in international corporate treasury operations.
3. Proven leadership and coaching skills, including cross-regional team management.
4. High integrity and ethical standards in all professional activities.

1. Technical knowledge of banking and cash management services.
2. Proficiency with finance systems and processes.
3. Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
4. Critical thinking and project management abilities.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Substantial related experience in treasury operations for an international corporate.
