Head of D365 Solution Architecture

1. Lead the end-to-end solution design for the Dynamics 365 solution.
2. Create and maintain all aspects of solution and data architecture.
3. Develop and maintain medium- and long-term technology roadmap for Global D365 solution.
4. Ensure proper integration of D365 into the global IT landscape.
5. Collaborate with Chanel D365 Product team and strategic technology partners.
6. Conduct market and vendor assessments for new technology capabilities.
7. Establish framework for D365 Solution Architecture.
8. Oversee project architecture and design teams to ensure quality and compliance.
9. Monitor and govern the delivery lifecycle.
10. Develop and run proof-of-concept initiatives for new solutions.

1. Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics (D365) F&O and its ecosystem.
2. Experience with multiple stages of implementation of D365 in global organizations.
3. Strong grasp of integration patterns, cloud architecture, data management, and cybersecurity practices.
4. Experience with agile methodologies and change management processes.
5. English proficiency is required; French is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar strategic IT role. Proven experience in designing and implementing ERP solution architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology transformation projects. Experience in an international context and culture. Experience in consumer goods, retail, hospitality, or luxury retail is an advantage.
