1. Lead the end-to-end solution design for the Dynamics 365 platform, focusing on business engagement and value generation.
2. Develop and maintain a medium- and long-term technology roadmap for the Global D365 solution across all regions.
3. Collaborate with the Chanel D365 Product team and strategic technology partners to align product roadmaps with Chanel's objectives.
4. Ensure seamless integration of D365 into the global IT landscape, in alignment with Chanel's long-term IT roadmap.
5. Conduct market and vendor assessments for new technology capabilities to fulfill business requirements.
6. Oversee project architecture and design teams to ensure quality and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
7. Provide strategic consultation during business process analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
8. Develop and run proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the value of innovative solutions.
9. Define guidelines, procedures, and best practices for the D365 functional community at all levels.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar strategic IT role.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing ERP solution architecture.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology transformation projects.
4. Strong client leadership and engagement skills up to C-level.
5. Experience in an international context and culture.
6. Experience in consumer goods, retail, hospitality, or luxury retail is an advantage.

1. Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics (D365) F&O and its ecosystem.
2. Experience with multiple stages of implementation of D365 in global organizations with a multi-instance approach.
3. Strong grasp of integration patterns, cloud architecture, data management, and cybersecurity practices.
4. Experience with agile methodologies and change management processes.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar strategic IT role, with extensive experience in ERP solution architecture and leading large-scale technology transformation projects.
