- Define and implement the boutique's strategy, vision, and mission in collaboration with senior management.
- Ensure the team is equipped to deliver on the Client Relational Promise through capability and capacity building.
- Participate in forecasting and resource deployment, including talent acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and forecast financial targets, analyzing statistics and taking necessary actions.
- Maximize boutique effectiveness by fostering a culture of collective performance and cross-functional collaboration.
- Create a positive working environment, encouraging feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
- Manage performance, address underperformance, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Ensure appropriate merchandise depth and width in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Embed sustainability in boutique operations and encourage team initiatives to advance this agenda.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 members, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Demonstrated selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using systems and devices such as iPads and iPhones.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach.
