- Assist the Haute Couture Communication Director in enhancing and conveying Chanel's Haute Couture messages.
- Collaborate with project managers on the orchestration of Haute Couture events.
- Contribute to strategic reflection and the creation of 360-degree reports on Haute Couture events.
- Coordinate communication agendas for external communication topics such as shows, collections, and events.
- Ensure alignment with communication strategy and calendar.
- Identify issues and prepare contextual slides for meetings.
- Coordinate and consolidate 360-degree reports, synthesizing analyses from various teams.
- Manage meeting schedules with involved teams and prepare agendas.
- Monitor and analyze Haute Couture press coverage and VIP loans.
- Conduct industry research and compile competitive reviews.
- Support strategic communication reflection through research on Haute Couture actions and sector evolution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communication or a related field.
- Significant experience in a demanding, international environment.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong adaptability and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and IT.
