Chanel Group Director, WFM, HR and Payroll Technology

- Drive the strategic vision and continuous improvement of HR, workforce management, and payroll technology platforms for the US region.
- Own the product roadmap and foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable business value through technology and process excellence.
- Champion UKG Pro WFM adoption for advanced scheduling, time tracking, and PTO management.
- Define and implement the operating model for Workday integrations with US systems.
- Act as the Tech partner for the US payroll team, ensuring optimal system performance of UKG Pro.
- Design KPIs and dashboards to measure technology adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and drive pilots to test AI and GenAI technology to transform retail workforce management capabilities.
- Coach and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Minimum of 10 years of strategic experience in workforce management technology and HRIS tools in a retail organization.
- Proven track record of implementing workforce management technology, payroll systems solutions, and HRIS tools.
- Expertise in US Retail, Luxury Goods, or similar service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and achieve shared business objectives.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into simple business terms.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a TECH expert in strategy and management of WFM, HR, and Payroll systems as part of an IT/Tech team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar. A master’s degree is a plus.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900-$200,000. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
