Chanel Group Director, Visual Merchandising

- Lead the regional Visual Merchandising community, fostering an environment of empowerment and creative thinking.
- Coordinate and ensure an on-brand client journey across Fashion Retail, Multi Branded, Multi Select, and Multi Retailor points of distribution in Florida.
- Collaborate with the US and Global Visual Merchandising Communities and partner with Retail, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Events teams.
- Administer Visual Merchandising and Creative direction for Fashion boutiques.
- Manage 2-3 direct reports, providing regular coaching and professional development.
- Organize and implement Visual Merchandising collateral, including window and event décor.
- Train and develop the Regional Visual Merchandising and Boutique Management teams on Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- Install seasonal window décor and floor merchandising changes.
- Coordinate Visual Merchandising schedules around Boutique openings and renovations.
- Manage regional T&E and Freelancer budgets.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
- 10+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field, or extensive experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills in project management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to read construction plans and technical window production drawings.
- Proficient in Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Mac.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
10+ years in Visual Merchandising with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field, or extensive experience in Visual Merchandising.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 to $155,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
