1. Lead the tech product ownership of a cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) platform utilizing Reltio and Microsoft Azure.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and corporate functions to ensure data governance, quality, and integration across the organization.
3. Manage match and merge configurations, survivorship rules, and hierarchy modeling with global counterparts.
4. Develop program roadmaps, project plans, and implementation strategies aligned with executive approval.
5. Facilitate end-to-end program governance and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, including Regional and Global Executives.
6. Oversee resource allocation, budget steering, and contract management in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.
7. Ensure regional procedures align with global service quality and security standards.
8. Coordinate go-live planning and change management for major organizational changes.
9. Drive decision tracking and facilitate cross-functional alignment for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Tech Product Management with deep expertise in MDM concepts and data integration.
2. Proven experience in enforcing Data Governance policies and collaborating on compliance for Data Subject Requests.
3. Strong presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to executive leaders.
4. Ability to lead projects for end-to-end delivery and influence business practices and solutions.
5. Luxury global retail experience highly preferred.

1. Expertise in MDM concepts and data integration (ETL, API, data lakes).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Kafka, Reltio, or similar platforms.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Ability to manage and optimize resource planning and utilization.
5. Experience in setting up and operationalizing technology services.

A minimum of 10 years in Tech Product Management, particularly within the retail industry, with a focus on MDM and data integration.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Management Systems, or equivalent preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 - $200,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, benefits, and perks.
