1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the repair atelier, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
2. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven working environment.

4. Drive continuous process improvement and facilitate team development in both technical and leadership skills.
5. Develop and implement consistent policies to balance business needs with daily operations.
6. Achieve lead time, productivity, and quality control targets consistently.
7. Conduct regular performance analysis to enhance operations and share insights with key partners.
8. Oversee workshop budget and manage administrative tasks related to operations.
9. Ensure efficient distribution of work and optimization of repair flow.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in multi-level management.
2. Proven ability to coach and develop teams across different levels.
3. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand performance drivers.

A minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role, preferably with multi-level management experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $150,000, with potential for bonuses and other compensation components.
