- Lead and manage the daily operations of the repair atelier, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.

- Drive continuous process improvement and facilitate team development in both technical and leadership skills.
- Develop and implement consistent policies to balance business needs with daily operations.
- Achieve lead time, productivity, and quality control targets consistently.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to enhance operations and share insights with key partners.
- Oversee workshop budget and manage administrative tasks related to operations.
- Ensure efficient distribution of work and optimization of repair flow.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in multi-level management.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams across different levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand performance drivers.
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role, preferably with multi-level management experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $150,000, with potential for bonuses and other compensation components.
