Chanel Graphic Design and Event Production Apprentice

- Design and produce visual assets for internal communications across print and digital channels (templates, infographics, presentations, signage).
- Prepare and deliver print‑ready files; oversee prepress checks and ensure adherence to brand and production standards.
- Support end‑to‑end event production for corporate/internal events: signage, stage visuals, supplier briefings, installation and on‑site assistance.
- Coordinate with communication stakeholders, external suppliers and internal production teams to manage schedules, specifications and quality control.
- Maintain asset libraries, version control and production documentation; perform final QA on deliverables prior to distribution.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication, Event Management or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study required).
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design capability and production understanding (academic projects and internships accepted).
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and detailed production specifications.
- Professional discretion, collaborative mindset and capacity to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Availability for an alternance/work‑study contract for the duration required by the training programme.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- PowerPoint (presentation design)
- Prepress and print file preparation (PDF/X, CMYK workflow)
- Event production coordination and supplier management
- Digital asset management and version control
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects) — desirable
Internship experience or practical project work in graphic design, communications or event production is preferred; typically 0–2 years of professional or internship experience.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication, Event Management or equivalent (alternance/work‑study).
