1. Lead headcount and structure cost consolidations for all reporting cycles.
2. Participate in quarterly and annual closings, monthly sales flash, forecasts, and budget processes.
3. Ensure data quality and provide analysis in collaboration with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
4. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the TM1 IBM Planning Analytics reporting tool.
5. Develop improved reporting to enhance performance visibility for senior management.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations with the FP&A team.
7. Engage in analytical reviews and discussions with regions, divisions, and Global FP&A.
8. Adapt to changing priorities and undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed.

1. Strong experience in consolidation or FP&A with a focus on accurate reporting.
2. Proficiency in data visualization for decision-making processes.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience with TM1 IBM Planning Analytics is highly desirable.
