- Organize and maintain global governance meetings for the programme, including planning, agenda setting, contributor coordination, and minute-taking.
- Facilitate necessary synchronization with regions, divisions, and other cross-functional areas by identifying key stakeholders and tracking actions.
- Support the programme lifecycle by coordinating project leads, monitoring progress, identifying deviations from the target vision, and raising alerts.
- Participate in budget planning and financial tracking with vendors, including budget consolidation, consumption tracking, purchase order management, and invoice follow-up.
- Contribute to the animation of the Global Client & Data department, particularly in managing quarterly offsite meetings.
- Manage community access to IT resources, including rights validation and monthly access audits, and support introductory programme meetings and procedural presentations.
- Co-animate the project-contributing community in partnership with the transverse Business team, contributing to newsletters and organizing an annual in-person event.
- Advanced degree in digital project management or equivalent from a business or engineering school.
- Strong interest in IT, digital, and data with a keen sensitivity to customer experience.
- Ability to synthesize information, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Initiative, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense for designing impactful and professional visual materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, or Jira is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level required).
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in IT and digital project management is essential.
Advanced degree in digital project management or equivalent from a business or engineering school.
