1. Provide daily operational and relational support to HR users across various global regions, acting as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues.
2. Engage the global HR community by creating practical guides, organizing training sessions, and sharing Workday best practices.
3. Participate actively in HR transformation projects, contributing to coordination, action tracking, and documentation.
4. Support the team during testing phases, offering constructive and critical insights on new configurations and updates.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Data Analytics, and People Development teams to ensure excellence in HR solutions.

1. Master's student in HR, business school, or university.
2. Previous experience in HRIS, digital HR, or project management is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

3. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
