1. Design customer-centric solutions with a focus on standardization and minimal customization.
2. Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and identify technical solutions for gaps.
3. Lead Dynamics 365 solution design and maintain architecture documentation.
4. Collaborate with partner and regional teams for detailed design, build, and testing.
5. Ensure D365 integration into the global IT landscape in line with the long-term IT roadmap.
6. Support BAU/Run operations for major incidents triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
7. Architect, design, and document comprehensive Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
8. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) studies for feasibility assessments.
9. Provide technical guidance to partner development teams.
10. Supervise the deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and integration.
11. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features and industry trends.

1. Architecture qualification (e.g., TOGAF).
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications.
3. Proficiency in X++, C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
4. Deep understanding of Dynamics AX/D365 F&O and its ecosystem.

1. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Leadership attitude, client-oriented and performance-minded.
4. Strong skills at ‘connecting the dots’ with excellent attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
6. Fluency in English; French or other languages is a plus.

Proven experience designing and implementing technical architectures for Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Extensive experience in ERP large-scale enterprise implementations and integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems.
