- Develop and implement strategic people and organization initiatives for Thailand, encompassing talent acquisition, development, retention, performance management, rewards, and recognition.
- Align local strategies with global and regional objectives to support business and brand needs.
- Drive accountability in key people practices, including organizational health design and operational models.
- Foster a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce, promoting a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Lead change management initiatives to cultivate a positive and innovative work environment.
- Champion Chanel's culture, vision, and values externally and internally.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Chanel Thailand and key stakeholders to influence strategic people and organization decisions.
- Leverage data and technology to enhance people and organization effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regional, and global policies to protect the brand and its people.
- Engage with the regional People & Organisation community to share best practices and align on regional priorities.
- Proven track record in leading and implementing people and organization strategies in large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate commercial goals into effective people strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.

Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within human resources or people and organization functions, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
