1. Oversee the operational management of general accounting and fixed assets, ensuring compliance with French and IFRS standards across approximately 40 French entities.
2. Prepare and coordinate accounting closures, adhering to reporting deadlines and declarative obligations.
3. Manage and monitor the investment budget forecast.
4. Serve as the primary contact for internal teams in France and the UK, as well as external partners such as auditors and accounting firms.
5. Coordinate and lead audits conducted by statutory auditors for French entities.
6. Prepare and facilitate internal controls conducted by the Finance department or internal audit teams.
7. Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation for tax administration controls.
8. Maintain quality relationships with other departments to ensure overall process coherence and performance.
9. Contribute to the cohesion and harmonization of practices among European subsidiaries' accounting teams.
10. Propose and implement digital transformation initiatives to optimize and digitize accounting processes.
11. Actively participate in change management and the deployment of digital solutions.
12. Manage, motivate, and support a team of 25, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
13. Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the department.

1. Advanced degree in accounting/finance (Master's level or equivalent), with CPA qualification being a plus.
2. Proven experience (minimum 9 years) in a complex financial environment, both corporate and public accounting.
3. Strong knowledge of French accounting standards and IFRS.
4. Solid understanding of digital transformation and process automation challenges.
5. Proven managerial and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams of at least 10 people.

1. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP and other financial IT tools (AX, Oracle, TM1, Basware).
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Minimum of 9 years of experience in a complex financial environment, including corporate and public accounting.

Master's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent. CPA qualification is advantageous.
