1. Manage, qualify, prioritize, and direct user requests related to Source-to-Pay processes.
2. Coordinate regional and global stakeholders through regular and targeted communications.
3. Serve as a key entry point for S2P requests from various users, ensuring quality support and proper escalation.
4. Identify complex issues and escalate them to Level 2 or Level 3 teams as needed.
5. Participate in scheduled meetings with local teams and markets, including CFOs.
6. Organize and lead ad hoc meetings in case of incidents or risks.
7. Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations.
8. Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in S2P.
9. Collaborate with Process Leads and RPO S2P to enhance processes, tools, documentation, and training.

1. Proven experience (4 to 5 years minimum) in a Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance environment.
2. Strong understanding of order, receipt, PO/non-PO invoice processes, supplier management, and interface monitoring.
3. Experience with Coupa Source-to-Pay is highly valued.
4. Familiarity with ticketing tools and international environments.

A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance environment is required.
