Chanel Gatekeeper Source-to-Pay Level 1

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Source-to-Pay (S2P) inquiries, including Coupa, procurement, and invoicing.
2. Manage requests received via email, ticketing systems, or other channels.
3. Qualify, prioritize, and resolve Level 1 requests.
4. Ensure follow-up on requests until resolution.
5. Identify requests outside Level 1 scope or requiring specific expertise.
6. Escalate to Level 2 or 3 teams with clear and structured information.
7. Communicate regularly with local and regional teams.
8. Participate in team meetings and operational exchanges.
9. Facilitate the flow of information between Finance, Procurement, and IT.
10. Report recurring issues and potential system and business risks to the S2P RPO team.
11. Contribute to updating documentation and user support materials.

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in a Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance environment.
2. Proficient understanding of procurement, ordering, receiving, and invoicing processes.
3. Experience with Coupa, SAP, AX, or D365 is advantageous.
4. Comfortable with ticketing tools and international environments.

3. Ability to explain operational topics clearly.
4. Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.

2 to 4 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance environments.
