1. Receive and identify garments from partners, ensuring accurate labeling and order tracking using Excel.
2. Prepare garments by sorting them by textile type and identifying stains or defects.
3. Operate cleaning machines, monitor cycles (including aqua cleaning and dry cleaning), and manage manual handling tasks.
4. Perform finishing tasks such as reshaping, manual ironing, folding, and presentation of garments.
5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure garments meet high standards before returning them to clients.
6. Handle client interactions, including garment return, payment processing, and cash management if necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

1. Previous experience in garment care, textiles, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
