1. Receive and identify garments from partners, ensuring accurate labeling and order tracking using Excel.
2. Prepare articles by sorting textiles and identifying stains or defects.
3. Operate cleaning machines, overseeing cycles such as aqua cleaning and dry cleaning, and manage manual handling tasks.
4. Perform finishing tasks including reshaping, manual ironing, folding, and presentation of garments.
5. Conduct quality control checks to verify garment condition before returning to clients.
6. Manage client interactions, including garment return, payment processing, and cash handling as necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

1. Previous experience in garment care, tailoring, textile sales, or hospitality is advantageous.
2. Motivated beginners are welcome, with internal training provided.
