1. Deliver bespoke makeup applications and consultations for clients in boutique and at off-site events, ensuring services align with Chanel’s aesthetic and standards.
2. Conduct thorough skin and colour consultations to recommend Chanel products and create personalised looks for day, evening and bridal occasions.
3. Represent the brand at trunk shows, masterclasses, private appointments and promotional activations, providing a polished, professional presence.
4. Achieve individual and team sales targets through expert product recommendations, upselling and conversion of consultations into product sales.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, product knowledge and counter presentation; ensure stock rotation, replenishment and accurate inventory records.
6. Adhere to rigorous sanitation, hygiene and safety protocols for tools, testers and work areas.
7. Collaborate with boutique management and marketing teams to support campaigns, appointments and special events.
8. Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to inform local merchandising and product assortments.

1. Professional diploma or certification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or esthetics, or equivalent professional training.
2. Valid work authorization to perform freelance/contract work in Canada.
3. Portfolio demonstrating technical versatility across beauty, bridal and photographic makeup.
4. Impeccable personal presentation and a strong service orientation consistent with luxury retail standards.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and event-driven hours.

Diploma or professional certificate in makeup artistry, cosmetology or esthetics preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
