- Deliver bespoke fragrance consultations and scent profiling to high‑net‑worth and retail clients, tailoring recommendations to preferences and lifestyle.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via personalised follow‑up, clienteling tools and appointment management.
- Curate product presentations and maintain fragrance counters to brand visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
- Manage samples, testers and fragrance inventory; coordinate replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support in‑store events, private appointments and product launches, collaborating with the boutique team and corporate marketing as required.
- Record client interactions and preferences accurately in CRM to enable tailored outreach and targeted remarketing.
- Provide colleagues with product knowledge briefings and ensure continuous learning on olfactory families, new launches and ingredients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fragrance or beauty (typically 2+ years).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Discreet, professional manner and aptitude for servicing upscale clientele.
- Flexible availability to include weekends, evenings and special events.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, beauty or fragrance sales with a track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele. Experience in high‑touch client service and boutique events preferred.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary studies in hospitality, retail, beauty or related fields desirable but not required.
