- Develop and implement marketing plans and budgets for the fragrance segment in the Taiwan market.
- Formulate and manage consumer promotions, retail marketing events, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Plan and forecast demand for new and existing fragrance products, ensuring alignment with inventory targets.
- Collaborate with logistics to maintain inventory quality and ensure proper labeling and stock turnover.
- Coordinate with communications, training, and sales teams to optimize campaign execution.
- Work with regional marketing counterparts to tailor strategies for the local market.
- Ensure visual merchandising and displays adhere to Chanel standards.
- Manage and optimize the fragrance budget to maximize investment.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute customer relationship management campaigns.
- Conduct market surveys to stay informed on consumer buying trends.
- Support and implement Chanel's motivational and human resource policies.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders using matrix communication methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in Chinese and English
