- Design and implement an annual coaching strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams, aligning training objectives with business priorities.
- Develop structured coaching programs for Beauty Consultants, adapting content to the specific needs of each team and retail location.
- Ensure coaching methodology is dynamic, interactive, and customer experience-focused.
- Collaborate with various departments to align coaching with the brand's global strategy.
- Provide personalized and group coaching sessions to reinforce knowledge of fragrances, their history, ingredients, and unique characteristics.
- Conduct on-site training at retail locations, ensuring mastery of olfactory storytelling to emotionally connect with customers.
- Supervise and enhance the execution of fragrance advisory and sales techniques at the point of sale.
- Encourage the use of sensory and interactive methods in the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, fragrance innovations, and Chanel's new launches.
- Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about olfactory families, raw materials, and the creation process of each fragrance to strengthen their sales discourse.
- Evaluate the knowledge and skills of Beauty Consultants through on-site observations, assessment dynamics, and individual follow-up.
- Provide structured feedback with personalized improvement plans to strengthen team performance.
- Document coaching sessions and their impact on team evolution.
- Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure correct communication of each fragrance's values and attributes.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to identify coaching improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance in-store experience.
- Propose innovative initiatives to improve training and team engagement with the fragrance category.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in training and team development in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sector.
- Proven sales experience within the cosmetic, luxury, or retail industry.
- Experience in coaching and talent development at retail locations.
- Deep knowledge of Chanel fragrances, their history, ingredients, and brand values.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and convey knowledge attractively.
- Passion for the fragrance world and ability to connect with customers through olfactory storytelling.
- Leadership and motivation skills to continuously improve team performance.
- Organization and planning skills to ensure training objectives are met at each retail location.
- Creativity and pedagogical approach to design innovative and dynamic coaching sessions.
- Ability to evaluate performance and provide effective feedback with structured improvement plans.
- Adaptability and flexibility to travel and conduct coaching at various retail locations as per business demand.
- Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
3 - 5 years of experience in training and team development in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sector, with proven sales experience within the cosmetic, luxury, or retail industry.
