- Act as a brand ambassador for Chanel Fragrance & Beauty, representing the brand's creative and commercial interests to the wholesale network.
- Manage and monitor Chanel brand equity, policy, quality, and sales quantity in the market and at points of sale.
- Create and maintain an efficient visit route plan for designated points of sale, monitoring unauthorized sales to counter the grey market.
- Ensure implementation of merchandising guidelines and recommendations with support from trade marketing and field teams.
- Plan and implement product novelties to Beauty Confidents and retailer staff.
- Negotiate and implement sales activities, utilizing promotional and marketing tools effectively.
- Evaluate points of sale according to Chanel quality criteria to inform national action plans.
- Report on competitive activities in the market and share insights with the team and management.
- Foster sales growth and encourage distributors to expand their Chanel Fragrance & Beauty business.
- Create strong relationships with distributors through regular visits and collaboration.
- Negotiate local animations in distributors' points of sale to engage clients.
- Measure and analyze performance, creating action plans to achieve performance targets.
- Plan and achieve monthly sell-in and sell-out turnover per door/retailer in the market.
- Ensure adequate support and deliveries from marketing and trade to meet objectives.
- Review availability of assortment by point of sale and retailer, avoiding stock shortages.
- Manage returns according to Chanel rules.
- Support Beauty Confidents and beauty teams in building relationships with clients and offering training.
- Develop client experiences and events to inspire and engage clients.
- Manage the team in recruitment, leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Mentor team members and develop action plans for individual growth, including training programs.
- Drive the success of Beauty Confidents through effective management and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Postgraduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in cosmetic companies within a multicultural environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
- Brand representation and ambassadorial skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and performance measurement.

A minimum of 5 years in cosmetic companies within a multicultural environment, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
