Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant (Part-time)

- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences on the Chanel concession at John Lewis White City, consistently reflecting brand standards and Maison etiquette.
- Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and effective clienteling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality client book, proactively acquiring new clients and cultivating long-term relationships through follow-up and aftercare.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across fragrances, skincare and colour cosmetics to advise clients and present tailored solutions.
- Ensure visual merchandising, stock presentation and fixture standards are impeccable and compliant with Chanel guidelines.
- Operate POS and payment procedures accurately, manage stock movements, returns and replenishment in line with concession protocols.
- Support promotional events, product launches and in-store activations, liaising professionally with John Lewis colleagues and Chanel management.
- Adhere to health, safety and loss-prevention procedures while safeguarding the integrity of Chanel products and client data.
- Previous retail experience in prestige or luxury beauty, fragrance or cosmetics (preferably within a department store concession environment).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; capacity to work part-time shift patterns.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Professional presentation and understanding of luxury service standards; multilingual skills are advantageous but not essential.

Secondary education; vocational or beauty-specific qualifications (e.g., cosmetic or skincare diplomas) are advantageous but not mandatory.
