1. Perform European sales forecasts for fragrance and beauty products on a monthly cycle using statistical tools.
2. Develop ad-hoc analyses to capture business trends, local events, and supply chain challenges.
3. Build estimates for new product launches based on European strategy and provide guidelines to markets.
4. Drive consensus among market, regional, and divisional stakeholders to achieve aligned objectives.
5. Coordinate activities between markets, divisions, and merchandising teams to ensure reliable European demand.
6. Ensure optimal allocation of orders for new product launches in collaboration with relevant divisions.
7. Arbitrate stock allocations in case of scarcity to maximize service rates.
8. Coordinate and support monthly operational processes for assigned markets.
9. Lead validation meetings with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities.
10. Animate S&OP meetings to highlight risks, opportunities, and monitor product availability.

1. Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a higher education or engineering school.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, and VBA.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in demand planning or supply planning within a complex supply chain environment.
