- Perform European sales forecasts for fragrance and beauty products on a monthly cycle using statistical tools.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to capture business trends, local events, and supply chain challenges.
- Build estimates for new product launches based on European strategy and provide guidelines to markets.
- Drive consensus among market, regional, and divisional stakeholders to achieve aligned objectives.
- Coordinate activities between markets, divisions, and merchandising teams to ensure reliable European demand.
- Ensure optimal allocation of orders for new product launches in collaboration with relevant divisions.
- Arbitrate stock allocations in case of scarcity to maximize service rates.
- Coordinate and support monthly operational processes for assigned markets.
- Lead validation meetings with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities.
- Animate S&OP meetings to highlight risks, opportunities, and monitor product availability.
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a higher education or engineering school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Solution-oriented mindset with rigor and dynamism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, and VBA.
- Fluency in English.

Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a higher education or engineering school.
