- Develop and execute a clienteling action plan to attract and retain clients, focusing on converting them to Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Enhance sales performance by driving sales and achieving targets, contributing to overall business performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Head office and Harrods business, centralizing CRM and clienteling activities.
- Train Sales Consultants on CRM tools such as Power BI and the Hub, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with Sales Consultants to review marketing and CRM reports, tracking clienteling actions and KPIs.
- Support the team in clienteling activities by coaching Sales Consultants in relationship-building skills and data capture practices.
- Collaborate with the Retail Coordinator to manage entertainment and gifting activities, aligning with clienteling strategy.
- Contribute to the success of skincare, makeup, and fragrance masterclasses by building client relationships and increasing engagement.
- Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury beauty retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury beauty retail landscape and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Digital proficiency and ability to work autonomously.
- Confident presentation skills.
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury beauty retail sector is required.
