1. Contribute to the development and performance monitoring of omnichannel client experiences across Retail, Wholesale, and E-business in European markets.
2. Orchestrate 360° Fragrance & Beauty Services, including Skincare Cabins and digital in-store experiences.
3. Participate in the definition and implementation of Chanel's Clienteling culture in Europe.
4. Assist in the development and evolution of the Chanel Clienteling App.
5. Collaborate with European and global teams to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
6. Lead competitive landscape assessments for Client Experience & CRM Clienteling.
7. Monitor key performance indicators and advise markets on implementation strategies.

5. Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
