1. Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional client service in a complex retail environment.
2. Create and execute business objectives while building collaborative partnerships internally and with retail partners.
3. Ensure continuous growth and development of all team members, focusing on onboarding, succession planning, and career development.
4. Oversee the annual review process and conduct ongoing performance conversations with team members.
5. Attract and retain talent by leveraging industry networks and internal pipelines.
6. Set clear expectations and be accountable for achieving business objectives.
7. Play an active role on the sales floor, coaching and building direct relationships with top clientele.
8. Leverage product, service, and artistry skills to coach and support the team.
9. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and mutual respect.
10. Facilitate regular team communication sessions and host full team meetings.
11. Create a culture of service, providing a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
12. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset to meet business objectives and drive positive retail growth.
13. Oversee and delegate operational responsibilities to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies.
14. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are upheld.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
3. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
4. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

2. Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Outstanding ability to develop strong relationships.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.

5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation, which includes bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
