1. Lead and manage the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
2. Ensure the boutique operates efficiently and aligns with Chanel's business strategy and objectives.
3. Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to execute campaigns, animations, and product launches.
4. Monitor and report on financial and budgetary indicators, ensuring business objectives are met.
5. Enhance client experience by supporting the sales team and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Maintain the retail space according to Visual Merchandising guidelines and manage stock control procedures.
7. Represent the boutique positively both internally and externally.

1. Post-graduate degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique management within a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly in fragrance and beauty.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Analytical and intercultural approach.
4. Ability to develop relationships based on trust within the team and across divisions.

A minimum of 5 years in boutique management within a luxury retail environment is required.

Post-graduate degree required.
