1. Lead and manage the boutique team to achieve business growth and client loyalty.
2. Ensure compliance with Chanel's business strategy and brand image.
3. Develop and implement clienteling and CRM strategies to enhance client engagement.
4. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising and stock control procedures.
5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business development and operational efficiency.
6. Monitor financial and budgetary performance, taking corrective actions as necessary.
7. Coordinate boutique events and initiatives to strengthen client experience.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in boutique management within a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly in Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, or Watches & Fine Jewelry.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Fluency in Russian and English.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

At least 5 years of experience in boutique management within the luxury retail sector.
