1. Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty consultations that translate product expertise into client loyalty and sales.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs and sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
3. Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations consistent with Chanel service and hygiene standards.
4. Maintain visual merchandising, ensure product presentation adheres to brand guidelines, and execute promotional windows and in-store displays.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate till reconciliation and records.
6. Manage stock levels, replenishment and accurate inventory counts; report discrepancies to management.
7. Coordinate and participate in client events, product launches and in-store appointments.
8. Complete required brand training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge across fragrance, skincare and color ranges.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification preferred but not required.
2. Authorized to work in the United States.
3. Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
4. Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and build repeat client relationships.
5. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
6. Commitment to uphold brand standards, confidentiality and client discretion.
