1. Deliver exceptional, consultative client experiences in fragrance and cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and skin needs.
2. Conduct fragrance fittings, make-up applications and skincare consultations in accordance with Chanel service standards.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
4. Build and maintain a high-value client book using CRM tools and personalised outreach to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
5. Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation, maintaining brand displays and stock integrity.
6. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and basic inventory reconciliation.
7. Collaborate with the boutique management team on promotions, launches and training; ensure compliance with brand policies and loss-prevention procedures.

2. Deep interest in and knowledge of fragrance, makeup and skincare; ability to translate product benefits into tailored client solutions.

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team while managing individual sales responsibilities.

Typically 1–3 years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably within a prestige or luxury cosmetics environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships is highly desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or relevant beauty certification preferred.
