1. Deliver personalised client consultations for fragrances and cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and skin types.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and effective conversion of foot traffic into clients.
3. Build and maintain a confidential client book; execute proactive clienteling, follow-ups and after-sales care to drive repeat business.
4. Demonstrate expert product knowledge across Chanel fragrance, skincare and makeup ranges and communicate brand heritage and product benefits persuasively.
5. Perform makeup applications, fragrance fittings and product demonstrations to showcase product performance and inspire purchase.
6. Maintain immaculate merchandising and visual presentation consistent with Chanel visual standards and seasonal directives.
7. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage samples and monitor inventory levels; assist with stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
8. Support in-store events, launches and VIP appointments; liaise with store management to deliver elevated client experiences.

2. Proven ability to build rapport and deliver high-touch service in a premium retail environment.
3. Excellent verbal communication, active listening and consultative sales aptitude.
4. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Preferably 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or cosmetics retail; prior experience within prestige fashion or beauty maisons is highly advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certification preferred but not required.
