1. Provide superior service to clients through the Chanel service ritual.
2. Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connections and trust-building.
3. Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
4. Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to implement knowledge into daily activities.
5. Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
6. Resolve client situations according to company philosophy and standards, partnering with appropriate teams as needed.
7. Understand and communicate details of upcoming events to clients.
8. Share solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how with clients and team members.
9. Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude and ethical integrity.

1. Articulate and knowledgeable about cosmetics and fragrance.
2. Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.

1. Strong client experience understanding and passion.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury beauty or fashion industry is preferred.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $30 hourly. Additional variable pay may include bonuses, benefits, and perks.
