1. Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations across fragrance and cosmetics categories, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
3. Execute brand-approved merchandising, fragrance sampling and in-store presentation to maintain Chanel’s luxury aesthetic.
4. Manage clienteling activities using CRM tools: record interactions, follow up on enquiries, and curate personalised communications and offers.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
6. Support inventory controls, stock replenishment and visual standards during daily opening/closing procedures.
7. Represent the brand at in-store events, product launches and private client appointments.
8. Undertake continuous product and technique training to maintain expert knowledge of Chanel fragrance and beauty portfolios.
9. Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, product handling and luxury retail service standards.

1. Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within beauty, fragrance or luxury brands.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
3. Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and drive conversion.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
5. Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand to high-net-worth clientele.
6. Eligibility to work in the United States.

Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or fragrance retail; prior experience with a prestige or luxury brand is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certifications are advantageous.
