Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Account Executive

- Manage and grow assigned prestige retail and wholesale accounts across the San Francisco territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute product launches, limited-edition releases and seasonal merchandising programs in collaboration with regional marketing and visual merchandising teams.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with buying and commercial teams at key retail partners; negotiate commercial terms and promotional activity where appropriate.
- Train and coach retail sales teams and brand ambassadors on product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling best practices to maximise sell-through.
- Ensure brand standards in-store, including visual presentation, stock allocation, POS execution and inventory control.
- Produce regular sales forecasts, territory performance reports and market feedback; monitor sell-through and adjust tactical plans accordingly.
- Coordinate client events, masterclasses and in-store activations to drive traffic, sampling and VIP engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance and legal to ensure timely deliveries, contractual compliance and accurate reporting.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in prestige beauty, fragrance or luxury cosmetics account management or field sales with measurable sales results.
- Proven experience managing department store, specialty retail or prestige wholesale accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, P&L awareness and promotional planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence senior retail buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Flexible schedule with ability to travel across the territory and work occasional evenings/weekends for events and launches.
- Valid driver's license and reliable local travel arrangements.

At least three years of progressive experience in luxury fragrance or beauty sales, field account management, or wholesale retail development—preferably with a track record of growing prestige accounts within department stores or specialty retailers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or beauty is acceptable.
