1. Develop and maintain a consensus sales forecast plan for both sellable and non-sellable products across various business channels.
2. Refine sales forecasts in alignment with financial targets and current sales trends.
3. Manage forecasting systems to ensure accurate statistical forecasts.
4. Engage with the commercial team to develop novelty forecasts through a consensus process.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders on SPM products to input forecasts according to wave cycles.
6. Achieve sustainable forecast accuracy and improve bias metrics.
7. Host monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with the regional forecast team.
8. Partner with the logistics team to ensure timely supply availability and shipment delivery.
9. Coordinate with logistics to maintain scheduled deliveries and manage supply planning for replenishment.
10. Monitor slow-moving and PIPO stock to mitigate risks and manage stock transfers.
11. Centralize monitoring of counter and distribution center inventory, issuing tracking reports with monthly targets.
12. Collaborate with functional teams to support business objectives and enhance communication.
13. Support and adhere to Chanel's motivational and human resource policies.
14. Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders using matrix communication methods.

1. University degree or higher

1. Strong marketing acumen with familiarity in product supply chain and forecasting processes.
2. Proficient in inventory management.
3. Excellent numerical sensitivity and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
5. Advanced Excel skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and change management skills.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales forecaster in FMCG or cosmetics brands.

University degree or higher
